 What do u mean by fitness?Everbody has its unique meaning of fitness.A majority says that fitness only relates with physical health for many only physical fitness is important ,they only  worry about their looks. They think only about their external beauty and appearance, they not even give importance to the inner beauty;the natural one which in my opinion is the most valuable one. Eveyone ignores the internal beauty and never give importance to the inner soul.


Health and fitness doesn't means physical health it also means physical as well as mental health both.It is our right that we should take care of our mental and physical health both.There is a very old  saying that "A healthy mind resides inside a healthy body",which means that to be fitness freak is good,to maintain our body is good but what about our mental wellbeing, our emotions, our feelings,who will take care of it,so it is our prime responsibility to be mentally strong and physically too.




Today even the whole world is suffering from mental illness.Nowadays even the young children became the victim of this.The most common among this is anxiety and depression, nowadays 99  people among 100 people are suffering from this mental disorder .The other major mental diseases are also becoming common which are rarely found in anyone earlier ,such as alzhimer,obsessive compulsion disorder(OCD),Bipolar disorder,Schizophrenia etc.



So to be healthy and fit mentally also you should never fear of doctor .If you want to seek help please go to a phycologist and psychiatrist. There is no need to hide your feelings if you don't feel good ask for help either to your freinds or close ones. There is no shame in this,so  aware everyone and be patient and do justice to yourself also. As there is a thought that "Mental illness is more dangerous then cancer".We are unable to see it it can only be felt.So in my opinion don't ignore your mental wellbeing. It should be your first priority.



At last i would only say that to be fit and healthy you should drink plenty of water,walk double,eat less,think less,and do a lot of exercise.


Be  mentally,emotionally and physically strong.
